WHO WE ARE

Two people.
Both of them build.

Wizbit is a two-person automation studio in Islamabad, Pakistan. We build the systems that handle the repetitive half of a business, such as lead follow-up, customer replies and data moving between tools, so the people you employ can spend their time on the half that actually needs them.

Abu Huzaifa

Builds the systems. Five years across n8n, Zapier, Make.com and custom-coded pipelines, for clients whose problem was almost always the same one: an enquiry arrived and nobody answered it in time.

Most of what is running on this site is his. The voice receptionist that hears you, prices a treatment against a real list and books into a real diary. The WhatsApp agent that refuses clinical questions on purpose. The follow-up that replies in under a minute and stops dead the moment a person does.

What they own

  • Workflow architecture and hosting
  • AI agents, guardrails and escalation
  • Integrations, data sync and APIs

Runs the growth side. Works on how automation reaches the businesses that need it, and on making sure what gets built maps to how a client actually sells rather than to what is interesting to engineer.

Scoping is where that gets decided, and it is also where the honest no happens: a good share of what people ask us to automate should not be, and it costs less to say so before a quote exists than after a build does.

What they own

  • Positioning and go-to-market
  • Discovery, scoping and the free audit
  • Pricing and how engagements are shaped

Five things you can open without asking us

At two people and no case-study page, the honest proof is not a testimonial. It is a link. Each of these is running now, and none of them wants your email first.

WHAT WE DO

Automation, not dashboards

We've spent more than five years building automations on n8n, Zapier and Make.com, and custom-coded where the no-code platforms run out of road.

Most of that work has been unglamorous and useful: getting enquiries answered before they go cold, keeping a CRM honest without anyone typing into it, and putting AI agents in front of the customer questions that arrive at 2am.

TRACK RECORD

Where this comes from

A lot of our early work was with visa and immigration companies, a business with the same shape as real estate, as it turns out. High enquiry volume, buyers who message several providers at once, and a conversion rate that depends almost entirely on who replies first.

For those clients we automated customer responses, took over lead handling and follow-up so enquiries stopped falling through, and built AI agents that answer customer questions based on each person's actual situation rather than a canned FAQ.

That's the same machinery behind our real estate lead automation for Dubai agencies. The industry changed, the problem didn't.

HOW WE WORK

Based in Islamabad, working with the Gulf

We're a Pakistan-based team, and we'd rather say so plainly than have you find out later. Our clients are in the UAE and Europe, and the work is delivered remotely, which is normal for this kind of engineering, and part of why our pricing works the way it does.

What that means in practice: you talk to the two people who build the thing. There's no account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet, and no handover to someone junior once the contract is signed.

WHAT TO EXPECT

How an engagement runs

  • A free audit first. We map your current process and tell you what's worth automating, including the parts that aren't.
  • A fixed scope and quote. No open-ended retainers before we've proven anything.
  • Built on your stack. We work with the CRM and tools you already run rather than making you migrate.
  • You own it. The workflows are yours, documented, on your accounts.
