Terms of Service

The rules for using this website, and what the numbers and promises on it do and do not commit us to.

In short

  • The pricing estimator is an estimate, not a quote. The real number comes after we have seen your process.
  • The 7-day setup guarantee covers the first working system going live, and it is defined precisely in clause 5.
  • We do not promise business results. Anyone in this industry who does is guessing at your numbers.
  • Client work runs under a separate signed agreement. That contract wins wherever it disagrees with this page.

1. These terms

These terms govern your use of wizbitofficial.com. By browsing the site, using the pricing estimator, submitting a form or starting a WhatsApp conversation from one of our buttons, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

In these terms, "Wizbit", "we" and "us" mean the automation agency operating this site. "You" means the person or business using it.

2. What this page is not

This is a website policy. It is not the agreement under which we deliver work. Paid engagements run under a separate written proposal and contract covering scope, milestones, fees, ownership, confidentiality and support. Where that signed contract and this page disagree, the signed contract governs.

3. Using the site

You may read, share and link to anything here. You may not:

  • scrape, copy or republish the content as your own;
  • submit false details, or forms on someone else's behalf without their permission;
  • use the forms or WhatsApp buttons to send bulk, automated or unsolicited messages;
  • probe, load-test or attempt to break the site or its hosting;
  • use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access, without notice, to anyone doing these things.

4. The pricing estimator

The estimator on our pricing page returns a range calculated from the options you select. It exists so you can see roughly what a build costs and what drives that cost, before speaking to anyone.

The figure it produces is an estimate, not a quote, not an offer, and not a price we are contractually bound to. It is generated by a formula from your own inputs, and it has not been checked against your actual process. Real scope regularly differs once we have seen how your systems are wired, what state your data is in, and which of your tools have usable APIs.

A binding price only ever comes from a written proposal issued after an audit call, signed by both sides.

5. The 7-day setup guarantee

Several pages advertise a 7-day setup guarantee. Here is exactly what that means, so nobody has to guess.

What it covers. For a standard first build within the agreed scope, we will have a working system live in your environment within 7 working days, starting from the day both of these are true: the proposal is signed, and we have received the access and credentials the build needs.

What starts the clock. Working days, not calendar days, and the clock only starts once access is in our hands. If we are waiting on an API key, a CRM login, a WhatsApp Business approval or a decision from your side, that waiting time does not count. Third-party approvals we do not control, WhatsApp Business verification in particular, sit outside this guarantee.

What it does not cover. Scope added after signing, builds we have expressly quoted as multi-phase, and anything dependent on a system that is unavailable, undocumented or has no usable API.

The remedy. If we miss the deadline and the delay is ours, you do not pay the setup fee for that build. We will still finish it. That is the whole remedy, and it is capped at the setup fee.

6. No promise of business results

We describe how our systems work and, where we cite an industry figure, we say where it came from. We do not promise you a specific number of leads, bookings, hours saved, revenue or conversion rate, and no statement on this site should be read as one.

Results depend on your market, your pricing, your offer and how your team uses what we build, none of which we control. Where a page shows an example figure or a sample interface, it is illustrative and labelled as such.

7. Third-party services

Our builds connect tools we do not own: n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, WhatsApp Business, HubSpot, Google Workspace and others. Those services set their own terms, pricing and availability, and can change or withdraw features without consulting us.

You are responsible for holding valid licences and accounts for the tools your automation runs on, and for their subscription costs, which are separate from our fees. We are not liable for a third party's outage, price change, policy change or account suspension, though we will help you work around it.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, code and branding of this website belong to Wizbit. The Wizbit name and logo are ours; please do not use them without written permission.

Ownership of what we build for a client is set by the signed contract for that engagement, not by this page. Our general position is that you own your workflows, your data and your configurations, and we keep ownership of the reusable internal tooling and patterns we bring to every project.

9. Availability

We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every figure and description on it is current. We may change or remove content at any time.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to 100 US dollars, which reflects that using the site costs you nothing. Liability under a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's contract instead.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer rather than a business, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
